Week 4
Beginning Band
Instructor: Eric Terlizzi, St. David’s School Director of Bands
Grades: 5-6
Beginning Band Camp is an exciting week where students are introduced into the world of band. The purpose of the camp is to get beginning band students a “head start” during the summer before the school year starts. Mr. Terlizzi will have already met with the rising 5th grade students during the Spring semester to do instrument selection. The camp will begin with instrument care and assembly, and will quickly move to first notes.

Concert Band
Instructor: Eric Terlizzi, St. David’s School Director of Bands
Grades: Students that have completed Beginning Band
Concert Band Camp is an exciting week where students seeking more in-depth instruction to get them prepared for their 2nd and 3rd year of band at St. David’s. We will concentrate on enhanced musical reading ability and how to prepare for a concert in a short amount of time. We will read fun and challenging music!

Discovery Camp
Instructors: Norma Pedersen, St. David’s Science Teacher and Perry Suk, St. David’s Alumni Parent
Grades: 1-2
If you like to explore and discover, then this camp is for you! Each day, our activities and experiments will focus on different areas of science, from chemistry to zoology. We will have fun while learning about the world around us! Maximum of 24 campers.
Dates and times: Week 4 (AM)
Fee: $185
Junior Detectives Camp
Instructors: Norma Pedersen, St. David’s Science Teacher and Perry Suk, St. David’s Alumni Parent
Grades: 3-4
Would you like to learn how to be a keen detective. Then join us this summer! We will investigate the various tools and methods that real-life detectives use to break secret codes, sort out clues, and perform lab research to identify the suspect! Maximum of 16 campers.

Week 7
SAT Preparation Course (July 24-26)
Instructors: Ben Wood and Sarah Jane Keegan, St. David's School Upper School Teachers
Grades: 10-12
St. David's School offers a high-quality SAT preparation course that is designed to help improve students' scores at an affordable price. The course is based on a new curriculum, with a diagnostic test and other practice tests, intensive verbal and math review, proven test-taking strategies and knowledgeable instructors. Materials provided include a personal diagnostic report, The College Board Official SAT Study Guide (2nd edition) and a full-length, graded exam given on the last day of the class with feedback from the instructors.
Dates and times: Week 6
• July 24th - Math Prep 8am - 2 pm
• July 25th - Verbal/Writing 8am - 2 pm
• July 26th - Practice Exam 8am - 12 pm
Fee: $300 for the entire course
$180 for one of the subjects
