Campus Cuisine for 2011-2012
Beginning in March 2011, St. David's School is pleased to partner with 
"Campus Cuisine," and independent lunch service, to provide lunch options for our Middle and Upper School students and families. Please read the following information from Campus Cuisine regarding signing up for the next session of Campus Cuisine, which begins Monday, March 7.

Dear St. David's Students, Parents, Faculty and Staff:
Welcome to the all new “Campus Cuisine” for St. David's School! We've been in business since 1995 and serve schools throughout the USA . Campus Cuisine's website allows you to order and pay on-line for specialties from local restaurants. Customize your lunches by selecting from dozens of entrees and sides each day. Menu items vary by size and price; therefore you may assemble lunches which fit your appetite and your budget.
Campus Cuisine's online ordering process provides many flexible options. Orders may be placed up until noon the day before, and may be pre-ordered weekly, monthly or by semester. Changes and cancellations may also be made online.
Please visit our website at www.campuscuisine.net and follow the steps below to register and order for the remainder of the school year. Lunches will start on Monday, March 7, 2011 and continue Mondays through Thursdays until the end of May. If you need further assistance, call 1 866 876-6496 or email kathryn@campuscuisine.net.
Step 1 – New customers should click “Register” to create your family's profile, user name and password. The Access Code is lunch101.
Step 2 - Click “Log in” and review the “Terms and Conditions”. The deadline for orders and cancellations is noon the day before. In the event of a timely cancellation for any reason, you will receive an account credit, redeemable for future orders during the same school year. Since s chool closings due to inclement weather may not be announced until the last minute, please play it safe, cancel lunch by the deadline and bring one from home if school is in session. Cr edits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each school year.
Step 3 - Add a student profile for each child. These must be recreated at the beginning of each school year.
Step 4 - Click “View Menu” to see and print the menu before ordering.
Step 5 – Click “Manage Orders” to add, change or cancel an order. Click on the raspberry to see the selections for that weekday.
Step 6 – Payment options include VISA, MC or AMEX credit or debit cards. You may also mail a check in advance. Credits from changes or cancellations will be applied.

Lower School Campus Cusine The Lower School will continue to order from Huey's Catering for lunches.
(To register, you must use our school code, which is 104SDSNC. If you have questions, please contact Huey's Catering at 1-888-844-8397. ) Please order by August 12 for your student to eat on August 17.
Friday will continue to be Warrior Club Pizza Day. Pizza orders are separate from Campus Cuisine and your money is paid directly to the Warrior Club, not to St. David's School. For more questions about the Pizza Day, please contact the Warrior Club.
